Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PrimeNest. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Opened beauty or cosmetic products for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
