1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during importation.

PrimeNest is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, resulting in failed delivery or returned packages, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

PrimeNest cannot guarantee refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.

We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before issuing any replacement or refund.

10. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

In some cases, products within the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages for a single order.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will instead be handled according to our Refund Policy.
